I never tried the original game, ThruSpace (for Wiiware) but this “sequel” is very good.
Quite challenging, very demanding.
Fast, varied (even though it may not seem so).
I could not care less about the Aztec Motifs (even though the art is very well done) because the gameplay is that good.
IT SHOULD HAVE ONLINE MULTIPLAYER!
I am progressing but not mastering it yet.
and I am eager to unlock additional guardians.
